Bank deposit - via internet or in-branch. Account details will be advised via email after check out.

Cheque - we accept personal or bank cheques and money orders. Postal address for payments will be advised via email after check out. Please allow 3-5 working days for clearance of payment. Your package will be dispatched on clearance of funds, we will confirm this with you via email.

Delivery

Marco Sky L Stroller Delivery Cost = $25 Nationwide (excl. Rural Delivery)
Dolly Up Clothing Delivery Cost = $6 Nationwide Flat Rate Per Order

Your package will arrive via courier within 2-5 working days of clearance of funds. If there is going to be any further delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. Unfortunately pick up is not available.

We understand that the purchase of a stroller is usually a very 'touchy-feely', hands-on decision, and that sometimes it can be difficult to be certain of what you're purchasing simply by photos alone.  We are passionate about this stroller and how fantastic it has been for us but at the same time, recognise that a stroller/buggy has to be suitable to each individual.  For this reason we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee to all purchases made through our website.  If for any reason you don't feel like the stroller meets your expectations then you can return it to us for a full refund.  You would need to cover the cost of return courier to us, and the stroller must be in a saleable condition.  If you prefer, we can organise the return courier on your behalf.  Please contact us before any returns are made.

Warranty - Marco Sky L Stroller

The Marco Sky L is covered by a 12 month warranty. If you have purchased your Marco Sky L in a store, please ensure you fill out the online registration form. This helps us to know our customers, and in the unlikely event of a safety notification, we will be able contact you.

General terms of the warranty are:

• The warranty, provided by bubStuff, covers Marco Sky L strollers that are purchased in New Zealand
• The warranty covers defective workmanship and faulty materials for 12 months from the date of purchase
• A copy of the store receipt will be required
• Only the original purchaser can claim the warranty
• The warranty will not cover misuse, accident, neglect or general wear and tear
• A fee will be charged for any repairs outside these conditions

Repairs - Marco Sky L Stroller

We do stock a limited number of spare parts. Please contact us if your stroller suffers from any damage and we will do our best to restore it back to its former glory. A fee will apply for this service.

Return Policy - Dolly Up Clothing

We love Dolly Up clothing and want you to love it just as much.  So as our customer you can be assured that we will happily refund or exchange goods that you are not happy with.

If you are not happy with your order then:

• Contact us at bubstuff@paradise.net.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returned goods must be in original condition with original tags in place.
• Please note return courier/postage is at your cost.

We will then exchange, repair or refund your purchase.

Please note, there are no refunds on sale and discounted items.
